ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

During high-volume periods (launches, drops, holidays, giveaways, etc.), processing times may be slightly extended.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Cartel Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes required by their country.
Cartel Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
PRE-ORDERS
If you purchase a pre-order item, shipping timelines will be clearly stated in the product description. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once all items are available unless otherwise specified.
